    This sounds so good! I want to make this, but we don't have any red wine in the house. If I make it without that will it ruin the flavor?

    hmmm... it won't be AS good, but it will be eat-able! :o) The key is really the cooking the meat in the sauce in the slow-cooker, because all the meat-juice infuses the sauce. It's yummy!!!

    the funny thing is... I don't think either of my parents have the same store-brand-issue! So, where did we get that from?!?!? :o)
